Di2gital Arch

...for the well-being of your patient

1.0 Removable

Di²gital Arch 1.0 Fixation Screw + ZiaCam Di²gital Arch 1.0 Scanbody

The Di²gital Arch 1.0 alignment screw serves as a reference for aligning digital models from intraoral scans of the same patient, thereby recreating the clinical condition prior to dental treatment. The ZiaCam Di²gital Arch 1.0 Scanbody ensures the alignment of different digital files for digital printing.

Torx connection: makes insertion and removal easier once treatment is complete.

2-mm self-tapping body for easy positioning and greater stability

Active length of 10.50 and 12.50 mm

Self-piercing tip for easy insertion

Its optimized dimensions make it easy to use during intraoral scanning procedures.

Made of PEEK

2.0 Fixed - Removable

Di²gital Arch 2.0 Microimplant + ZiaCam Di²gital Arch 2.0 Scanbody

The Di²gital Arch 2.0 microimplant allows you to maintain the same reference structure when aligning the various digital models acquired during the different phases of treatment within the CAD software. It also recreates the conditions prior to surgery or prosthetic surgery and facilitates the creation of temporary or permanent crowns.

The modified hexagonal connection allows for the exact replication of the same position of the reference body

Short length and small diameters: allow for placement in various clinical conditions.

Made of Zitium Titanium (Grade 4 Titanium) with a Titansure surface treatment.

Alignment zone: enables alignment between different virtual models in CAD software

Optimized size: facilitates acquisition during intraoral scanning procedures

Made of PEEK and ELI Grade 5 titanium (for medical use) Ti 6Al 4V

Machined base for the modified hexagonal connection: allows for precise repetition of the same position in the connection

Both systems are suitable for taking fingerprints:

  • Replication of previous clinical cases to demonstrate aesthetics and functionality to the patient in cases of partial or total extractions.
  • In the treatment of immediate total digital edentulism.
  • Mockups and wax-up of dental morphology for crowns, veneers, and crowns on natural teeth.
  • A copy of the temporary prosthesis for the work file to be used in making the permanent prosthesis.
  • Copy regarding emergency surgery in implantology.
  • Dental prostheses: partial, full, fixed, and removable.
  • Cases of guided surgery and prosthetics in completely edentulous patients.
